NEWTON, Mass., Feb. 22 -- StreamFoundry Inc. announces the general availability and first commercial installation of its proven IT Application Suite called Central Management System (CMS)(SM) for Problem, Change and Request Management.

Recently installed at the world's largest financial institution and benchmarked against the bank's home grown solution, CMS demonstrated ground breaking performance improvements.
