Patriot MC10 Series-Light Weight, NEMA 4X DC Drive
South Beloit, IL: Minarik Drives announces the new isolated MC10-PCM addition to its Patriot Drive series. The Patriot series is housed in a Nema 4X enclosure, and can control DC motors up to 2 horsepower.
The Patriot family now includes three drives: Reversing (MC10-R), non-reversing (MC10) and non-reversing with front-end signal isolation (MC10-PCM). The MC10-PCM accepts any 0-10V or 1-5mA reference signal. Shunt resistor terminals are provided
in case a 4-20mA or other current signal is to be used.
The MC10-PCM has power and current limit LEDs, line fuses and inhibit pins for remote start/stop control. Mounted on the cover is a speed adjust knob, an On/Off switch and a Manual/Signal switch.
Setup is easy with trimmer pot adjustments for minimum speed, maximum speed, acceleration, deceleration, IR compensation and current limit and a screw terminal block for easy wire connections.
The Patriot series has 1% speed regulation over a 60:1 speed range and a plastic NEMA 4X enclosure, making it ideal for applications that require an enclosed drive.
