ICOP Launches Latest Component of the ICOP Solution(TM)



Highly Anticipated ICOP Guardian(TM) IP Camera Featured at FBINAA 2007 Conference

LENEXA, Kan., July 16 -- ICOP Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ:ICOP), an industry-leading company engaged in advancing digital surveillance solutions, today announced that it has formally unveiled and is demonstrating the latest component of the ICOP Solution(TM) -- the ICOP Guardian(TM) IP camera -- at the FBINAA (FBI National Academy Associates) 2007 National Conference currently being held in Phoenix, Arizona this week. ICOP has been invited to demonstrate the ICOP Solution at the Sprint booth for this important event.

Designed for deployment at public and private sites, such as schools, banks, office buildings and government facilities, the ICOP Guardian is an IP camera that delivers high quality video using state-of-the-art JPEG 2000 compression ratios, with adjustable frame rates and bit rates; built-in motion detection, multiple sensor integration; 27x optical zoom, remote pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ), auto focus; automatic day/night mode, and weatherproof housing (optional). An integral component of the ICOP Solution, video captured on the ICOP Guardian cameras can be live streamed (using ICOP LIVE(TM)) to a first responder vehicle, law enforcement headquarters and/or first responder field command center -- over the Sprint Mobile Broadband Network(TM) (and public safety networks). With the ICOP Solution, the Company believes it will be possible to optimize the management and outcome of any security breach, crisis situation or crime-in-progress through the delivery of live streaming video and real-time situational awareness.
