Marks a new beginning for the company in reaching out to the core of Indian tractor market.

New Delhi, Mumbai -- World renowned tractor manufacturer Same Deutz Fahr, decided to address the huge Indian demand in the 35 – 42 HP category by launching the Deutz Fahr 3E Series models later in December this year. Deutz Fahr is renowned all over the world for their state of the art technology and for building tractors in the higher HP segment in keeping with the international demand.

Says Aurelio Noto, CEO & Managing Director of the SDF India Private Limited (Indian Subsidiary),“We have been present in India since 2002. In our plant at Ranipet – Tamil Nadu, we manufacture different ranges of tractors for export. We also represent an important hub for Engine Manufacturing for the entire SDF group. Since 2002 we have been selling our tractors in the higher HP niche market in India. Now we want to make a breakthrough shift by getting into the manufacture of 35 - 42 HP categories of tractors, especially designed for India.”

DEUTZ-FAHR tractors are way ahead of all the existing tractor brands that sell in India. DEUTZ-FAHR is the only brand that has been offering synchromesh, gears and oil immersed hydraulically actuated brakes, as standard equipment on all their tractors in India. With this launch of a lower HP tractor, the company will be able to offer hi tech tractors to markets across the country.
