Quick and Simple Integrity Tester
Porous Materials, Inc. announce its newest Model QS201A Integrity Analyzer specially designed for quick and simple test procedure for detecting acceptable pressure leaks for quality control compliance.
Test material simply slides into a holder and all that the operator has to do is to press the space bar. The instrument brings in the required pressure, waits for the required length of time, calculates the leak rate to determine if the part is in compliance and shows either a smiley or a frown face to let the operator know if the part has passed or failed. The instrument is then ready for the next sample.
The instrument also has the ability to be set-up by the supervisor to test different materials under different test conditions and to store all data, which can be transferred to other locations and used by other software packages.
Model QS201A has the ability to run tests in as little as 30 seconds at pressures up to 20 PSI (1300 Kpa). The instrument is robust, accurate and reproducible, runs using Windows operating system and requires minimal maintenance.
