Push-Lock In-line Filter Assembly has See-Thru Design



Preferred Products Design Inc. is pleased to introduce our new product, a See-Thru Push-Lock Filter Assembly. This product is ideal as a last chance filter for both vacuum and pressure applications. Our push-lock design and compact size allow for fast and simple installation and/or removal in the tightest applications. The "See-Thru" feature allows you to quickly see if your critical components are exposed to damaging contamination. You can see the amount and type of contamination and determine the source. This filter is ideal for protecting orifices, nozzles, valves, and vacuum generators in various applications.

Our new filter assembly is available in 2 standard sizes. Size 25 has 0.75" OD and measures 2.40" long, while Size 50 has 1.00" OD and measures 3.15" long. All filter assemblies feature polycarbonate housing and are available with a choice of sintered plastic, bronze, and stainless steel filter elements with 5, 10, 20, 40, 60, and 90 micron ratings. They are offered in tubing sizes ranging from 1/16" to 1/2" and 3mm to 12mm with wide range of fitting configurations. Along with nickel-plated brass connectors and nitrile seals, our filter assemblies offer fitting ends in straight, elbow, Tee, and bulkhead push-lock as well as non push-lock configurations. Pressure range is -14.7 - 150 psi with max operating temperature of 120ºF. We also offer replacement filter elements for maintenance and for determining the ideal micron rating.
