OEM Agreement Allows Ingres to Private-Label and Resell the JasperSoft Business Intelligence Suite
SAN FRANCISCO, July 10 -- JasperSoft Corporation, the market leader in open source business intelligence, today announced a comprehensive OEM agreement with Ingres Corporation, the leading provider of business open source services and solutions. Ingres will leverage the entire JasperSoft Business Intelligence Suite to deliver enhanced reporting and analysis capabilities to their customers. The JasperSoft Business Intelligence Suite capabilities include production reporting, interactive reporting, data analysis, and data integration.

With the rapid adoption of open source software in the enterprise, more customers are looking for ways to easily deploy and buy support for best-of-breed applications such as Ingres and JasperSoft.

The JasperSoft Business Intelligence Suite will offer Ingres customers a wide range of operational reporting and BI functionality, including a high-performance interactive report server, a graphical report creation tool, and a pixel-perfect reporting system with dashboards, tables, crosstabs, and charts. Customers will be able to create, store, schedule, distribute, share, drill-down, and interact with reports.
