Word of mouth is important in this industry and a poorly developed product would quickly be weeded out.
The INGEAR model was easy to implement and does not appear to be problematic. (We've tested our data collection software with over 20,000 tags).
We now have a base product (with INGEAR as that core technology) that we will implement as a starting point for all our custom data collection systems. We feel that over the next few years we should start to see the profits increase and the labor decrease."
