Schwank Heaters, Waynesboro, Ga., a leading international manufacturer of infrared heaters, has introduced the world's most efficient infrared heater, the supraSchwank Series for industrial, commercial, and other space and spot heat applications with ceilings up to 60 feet high.

The supraSchwank's patented high intensity heater design includes a Delta Mixing Chamber that produces a precise pressurized gas/air combustion mixture plus an environmentally-friendly burner assembly that generates negligible NOx emissions. These features plus a well-insulated construction result in a world-leading 81-percent radiant efficiency and 96-percent combustion efficiency. The supraSchwank's luminous ceramic tile design yields a quick return-on-investment by reducing gas input requirements up to 50 percent and 25 percent compared to conventional gas-fired space heaters and infrared tube style heaters, respectively.

Available for natural gas or liquid propane, the five-model series ranges from inputs of 29,500 Btu/h to 118,000 Btu/h.
