ViPNet Safe Disk version 2.9 2.9 (4.1524) advantages and main features:
- The possibility of containers auto-mounting after launching Safe Disk program;
- The possibility to mount containers for read only, without a scope of information modification;
- Auto-unmounting of all mounted containers after exiting the program;
- Auto-unmounting of all mounted containers after the expiry of a certain time-out, preset by user. Time-out is set for disk operations such as reading or writing in the file;
- The crypto-safe file removal is added. Such removal is fulfilled with the help of clean.exe utility;
- The crypto-safe file removal is integrated with Windows Shell. In every context menu, called in any file manager (for example in Windows Explorer) a checkmark "Safe removal" is added;
- Some minor bugs have been fixed;
- ViPNet Safe Disk registration system is improved and enlarged with additional methods of registration requests. Now it is possible to send the request by e-mail, through web-page, to tell the registration information over the telephone, and it is also possible to fulfill group registration of several copies of the program through the corporate system administrator.
