Improved Tagging Imprinter for Stainless Steel Identification Tags
BAND-IT-IDEX, Inc. announces an enhanced Identification tag imprinter (ID200 series Imprinters). The Tag Imprinter tool enables users to create custom tags in a matter of minutes. This system is designed for tagging valves, cable runs, hoses, pipes, equipment and much more. The Imprinter can be bench mounted or kept portable to be used when needed. The ID200 Series Tag Imprinters are available with a choice of imprinter wheels in 5 character sizes from 1/16" - 1/4" high lettering. Interchangeable letter wheel kits enable the Imprinter to meet a variety of needs. This unit complements a new release of a base model unit equipped with a spring-loaded tag securing system and a 3/16" letter wheel. The base model tag imprinter can hold your choice of flat tags.
This versatile imprinter can be set to one of three BAND-IT® stainless steel tag sizes. Tags are made of 304 and 316 stainless steel, which are ideal for HAZMAT environments. Additionally, imprinting directly on to BAND-IT® stainless steel 1/4" wide bands and ties is available with the optional band guide kit. New to the Imprinter is a tag position adjuster, which optimizes the character placement and spacing on the tag. The Imprinter's mounting platform securely locks tags or bands in place. This locking feature prevents the tag from shifting and reduces errors.
