New Providence. NJ - Aromat Corporation (Matsushita Electric Works, America) announces the release of the AX30 MICRO-IMAGECHECKER.
The AX30 (Color Extraction) MICRO-IMAGECHECKER is a high speed, dual camera, image-processing device which offers 512 x 480 pixel resolution, RGB Color Scale Extraction, Contour Algorithms (360 degree object tracking), Built-in Ethernet Communications and VGA Outputs. It does not require a PC or network connection to be programmed or configured.
AX30 Color Extraction provides powerful and flexible color inspection tools such as,
Color Scale Registration - This tool enables the user to manually register any specific setting for Hue, Luminosity, and Saturation of any RGB scale color shade.
Object Counter - This tool allows similar color shaded objects to be detected and counted as separate items. In addition, it filters and discriminates objects with discolored or mar-ked areas such as oxidization, blotches and other markings within the original object surfaces.
Area Measurement - This tool performs color extractions within specified areas to determine an object's color and its relative position within a package or casing. Such as multi-conductor wires and pharmaceutical applications which require a specific color (blister packs) and its relative position of each element within a package.
AX30 Color Extraction System is suitable for applications, which require color inspections, maximum defect containment. It is well suited for federally regulated industries such pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and packaging industries.
All its advanced features and functions not withstanding, an AX30 Color Extraction System (controller + camera) is only $7,556 *(MSRP US Dollars). *Keypad or Lens is not included.
