iLoop Mobile and Via One Networks Partner for Delivery of Prepaid Mobile Content through Retail Channels


Relationship Allows iLoop Mobile mFinity(TM) Platform Users to Access Via One's Prepaid Billing Platform and Via One Customers to Launch Mobile Campaigns

SAN JOSE, Calif. and NEW YORK, July 10 / -- iLoop Mobile, a mobile technology and services company for interactive, text message-based mobile marketing and mobile content distribution, and Via One Networks, a leading point of sale transaction processing company specializing in electronically distributing prepaid products and services, today announced a strategic partnership to deliver prepaid digital content to mobile phones.

Under the partnership, the Via One prepaid billing solution will be offered to iLoop Mobile mFinity(TM) platform users, enabling content providers to create mobile distribution initiatives with a variety of prepaid billing solutions available and ready to deploy. In turn, Via One will use iLoop Mobile's mFinity platform for their clients to create and manage mobile content distribution initiatives. Via One chose the mFinity appliance to maximize independent control over their mobile infrastructure. Via One will be deploying the iLoop Mobile mFinity platform to launch its own branded service, Octilla Blast, for distribution to its 15,000 retail locations throughout the United States. Via One has identified a market need for prepaid mobile content cards at retail point of sale and is targeting the rapidly growing U.S. gift card market that the Tower Group has estimated to be $80 million in raw volume in 2006.
