White Hydraulics, Inc. Introduces NEW Line of Lightweight, Rugged Hydraulic Pumps for Commercial Lawnmowers and Other Off-Highway Equipment Applications

Hopkinsville, KY - White Hydraulics, Inc. is proud to announce the introduction of our TDS hydraulic pump line. "The TDS pump line represents an expansion of our leadership role in the off-highway equipment market by allowing us to offer our customers complete systems," says Jeff Englehardt, director of marketing. "The TDS pumps are ideal for use on commercial lawnmowers," says Phillip Groves, major sales project manager - pumps, "however, they can be adapted for other off-highway equipment applications."

The TDS pumps use a variable displacement, axial piston design, and are available in three displacement sizes: 10, 13, and 18cc/rev. They are rated for input speeds from 600 rpm to 3600 rpm and provide flows up to 17.1 gpm (64.8 lpm).

The pumps make use of a die-cast aluminum housing, a steel wear plate with a bronze overlay, a steel swash plate, steel pistons, and a bronze bushing. Additionally, the pump incorporates a cylindrical roller bearing to handle thrust loads. This rugged construction enables the pumps to better dissipate heat, reduce noise and provide long service life while maintaining a lightweight and compact package. An optional return to neutral spring assembly is available.

The TDS pumps have SAE-8 (3/4"-16) inlet and outlet ports with a SAE-6 (9/16"- 18) suction port. They can be mounted to the engine directly, or via a pulley using its SAE-A two-bolt mounting flange and either a keyed, spline or tapered driveshaft. The pumps are designed for use with motor oil and rated for a continuous pressure of 1425 psi (98 bar) and a peak of 3500 psi (241 bar) with a temperature rating of 240°F (115°C).
