The newest version of this award-winning applicant tracking system contains customer-driven enhancements that broaden the capabilities of the recruiting industry's most powerful, web-based applicant tracking and search solution.

In addition to its human-like search technology and intuitive workflow, Trovix Recruit 3.0 includes:

-- Interview Management: Trovix automates the interview management process, from scheduling interviews using popular calendaring programs to automatically collecting and storing interview feedback. This feature is integrated with Outlook, Lotus Notes and other popular calendaring programs.
-- Infinitely Configurable Permissions and Approval Routings: Different hiring departments and divisions may have varied recruiting strategies and require diverse permissions for their users.
