Brand to Exhibit 43 New Tools and Attendee Competition at AHR EXPO Booth
EAST LONGMEADOW, Mass. – Today, hilmor® announced they will be releasing 43 new products in 2016 to further expand their range of innovative tools designed for the HVAC/R industry. The new tool innovations will be complimenting the brand's Driving Tools category with key introductions being the Fast Connect Screwdriver Bit Set, Fast Connect Magnetic Nut Driver Set and an extended size of their popular 9 in 1 Multi-Tool. In addition, the brand will again be holding the Fastest Hands in HVAC/R Contest during the 2016 AHR EXPO in Orlando, at booth #2272, where skilled technicians can compete for new hilmor tools.

Highlights of the new offerings include:
9 in 1 Multi-Tool: Often technicians need more leverage when trying to remove rusted or broken screws, calling for a screwdriver grip that prevents their hand from slipping. Technicians will also frequently use these tools for prying and chiseling, meaning they have to be durable. The hilmor 9 in 1 Multi-Tool features a slip-resistant grip for more torque and a thick-walled shaft for enhanced durability. Joining the hilmor stubby and 3'' multi-tool is the 6'' multi-tool, which includes a valve core remover, square #2, ½'' hex, 5/16'' hex, 3/8'' hex, Phillips #1, Phillips #2, 3/16'' slotted and ¼'' slotted bits.
Fast Connect Magnetic Nut Driver Set: HVAC/R technicians need tools that are adaptable to any situation. The new Fast Connect Magnetic Nut Driver Set features two Fast Connect Magnetic Nut Drivers with one-handed quick release for fast and easy bit changes. The set also comes with Magnetic Nutsetters manufactured from cold-forged high-grade steel and coated with black oxide to resist corrosion.Â
Fast Connect Screwdriver Bit Set: Fumbling around with bits is a waste of time. The hilmor Fast Connect Screwdriver Bit Set is definitely not. The set features the Fast Connect Bit Extension that's impact driver ready. Quickly swap out bit sizes in seconds flat. The new hilmor Impact Fastener Bits are built to stand the test of time. They fit right in with the aggressive nature of impact drivers. Heavy-duty, high-grade steel will withstand extremely high torque output. The bits are available in six sizes: #1 and #2 Phillips, #1 and #2 Square Bit and 4-5 and 6-8 Slotted.Â
