Highly Improved Efficiency and Performance for Pipe, Profile, and Sheet Extrusion

At this year's Argenplas, battenfeld-cincinnati will present itself directly to its customers in the Argentinian market for the first time since the brand's introduction in April 2010. At its booth in Hall 5, K-18, the company will put a focus on its new lines of single and twin screw extruders and highly efficient solutions for pipe production.

battenfeld-cincinnati is a company active worldwide, with 5 production locations on 3 continents and an extensive network of sales and service contacts. The brand battenfeld-cincinnati was founded in April 2010 by combining the successful brands of Battenfeld Extrusionstechnik (Germany) and Cincinnati Extrusion (Austria). battenfeld-cincinnati operates in three product-oriented divisions - Infrastructure, Construction and Packaging - providing custom-made complete extrusion solutions for pipe, profile, PVC sheet, natural fiber composites and packaging.

In the past, battenfeld-cincinnati was supported in its Latin American operations by Ferrostaal. In 2011, a mutual decision was reached to end this partnership. Starting from early 2012, battenfeld-cincinnati will have its own direct sales representative in Argentina, as well as continuing to support the region from all other battenfeld-cincinnati entities worldwide.

At Argenplas, battenfeld-cincinnati will showcase the solEX series of high performance single screw extruders for PP and PE-HD pipe extrusion with outputs of up to 2,200 kg/h and the twinEX series of parallel twin screw extruders for PVC profile and pipe extrusion with outputs of up to 1,700 kg/h (pipe) and up to 1,000 kg/h (pro-file). Both extruder series have proven themselves repeatedly in the field already. Recently, the company also introduced the uniEX single screw extruder series - an all-round extruder concept for a wide variety of pipe and profile applications.

battenfeld-cincinnati also offers the greenpipe concept for pipe extrusion - the three available options (EAC or KryoS pipe heads and the greenpipe downstream concept) can either increase the output of an existing line or shorten the length of the line consi-derably, realizing substantial material and energy savings.
