New Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Caster Ideal for Wash Down Applications
Payson Casters is pleased to announce the addition of a new heavy duty stainless steel caster to our extensive product line of caster solutions.
This 400 Series Heavy Duty Caster has been designed for use in washdown applications like the food industry with capacities up to 10,000 lbs. over four casters.
Available in wheel sizes ranging from 6” – 12” OD & tread widths of 2-1/2”-3” OD. The most popular wheel for these applications is the Payson Miracle Polyurethane although other wheels are available upon request if designs call for more capacity.
With the Kingpinless top plate, this caster is one of the strongest in the industry. The WB Brake locks positively against the wheel by stepping down. It can easily be released by raising upward.Â
This caster is introduced for severe applications that include exposure to corrosive materials like sea salt, amongst others.
The Payson heavy duty stainless caster is available from the 300 Series STKP 300 to the STKP 500 Series and is made in the USA.
