PVC Heat Shrinkable Tubing Covers Steel Rollers to Protect Products



A line of oversize PVC heat shrinkable tubing that can be easily installed over rollers, frames, and machine guides to prevent scratching and protect fragile products is available from Insultab of Woburn, Massachusetts.

Insultab HS-105 PVC Heat Shrinkable Tubing is now offered in expanded I.D. sizes up to 4" to smoothly shrink over large rollers, frames, and machine guide-posts to protect fragile products from scratching. Featuring a 2:1 shrink ratio, it conforms to the shape of items, even tapered rollers, shrinks at 212°F, and can be easily applied by heat gun or in an oven.

Available in a variety of standard and custom Pantone® colors, including white, clear, and bright neon, Insultab HS-105 PVC Heat Shrinkable Tubing is unaffected by oils and detergents, is easy to clean, and meets UL Subject 224 VW-1. It can color-code machinery and piping to assure proper product flow and can be used over foam cushioning for added protection.
