Heat Recovery Systems reclaim energy from boiler blow down.

Press Release Summary:

Provided completely packaged, ready for use, and requiring only connection to services, Heat Recovery Systems use flash tank to separate flash steam from condensate collected from blowdown. Condensate runs through float and thermostatic trap and heat exchanger to recover energy and cool condensate before it is piped to drain or returned to boiler. Optional vent condenser further maximizes amount of energy that could potentially be recovered.

Cemline Corporation Introduces Packaged Heat Recovery Systems

The Heat Recovery Systems offer an excellent means for recovering energy lost from condensate or boiler blow down.

The Cemline Heat Recovery System uses a flash tank to separate the flash steam from the condensate that is collected from the blowdown. The condensate is then run through a float and thermostatic trap and a heat exchanger to recover energy and cool the condensate before it is piped to a drain or returned to the boiler. These units also come with the option of a vent condenser to further maximize the amount of energy that could potentially be recovered. The vent condenser uses a heat exchanger in the vent of the flash tank to recover the energy lost in flash steam. Cemline's Heat Recovery Systems provide a necessary solution to energy loss in boiler blowdown. This allows for the heat from the condensate or boiler blowdown to be used to preheat domestic hot water, boiler feed water, or to heat a separate fluid while also cooling the condensate before it is returned to the boiler or dumped down the drain.

Cemline Heat Recovery Systems are completely packaged, ready for use, and require only connection to services.
