New HDPE-Construction PROTECH® Pallet Minimizes Potential for Contamination and Water Damage
Reusable polymer pallet allows four-way forklift entry
HAVERTOWN, Pa., March 3, 2009 - TMF Corporation introduced its heavy-duty, 40" x 48" hygienic polymer pallet that is rugged and easy to handle. PROTECH® Pallets are made from high-density polyethylene structural foam that provides outstanding impact absorption at a superior strength-to-weight ratio. And unlike wood or metal pallets, the PROTECH pallet will not splinter, rot, rust or crease. The pallets are constructed to allow true four-way forklift and pallet jack entry, and have strict tolerances that work well in automated packaging systems.
Unlike many plastic pallets that are snapped together from two parts, the PROTECH pallet is one-piece molded design that is easily cleaned and sanitized between uses, minimizing drying time and the potential for trapped water and cross-contamination. Its HDPE construction resists mold, bacteria and insect infestation.
PROTECH pallets are ready to ship in 24 hours. FM approved fire-retardant models are available.
