HandySoft Global Presents Product Roadmap for 2006

Leading BPM Provider Achieves Record Sales Through Broad Enterprise-Wide Deployments of BizFlow; 2006 Features BAM, Utility Tools and Best Practices Knowledge Base

VIENNA, Va., March 14 /-- Following record sales growth in 2005, HandySoft Global Corporation, a leading provider of business process management (BPM) solutions, today presented its product roadmap for 2006. HandySoft Global announced that the new version of BizFlow, scheduled for release in the Spring of 2006, will build on BizFlow's mature capabilities and offer important new capabilities including business activity monitoring (BAM) and supplemental tools including utility tools and a best practices/artifact knowledge base.

"In the near future we will offer BAM capabilities as a part of BizFlow which will not only include real-time event monitoring but other important bells and whistles, such as dashboards and KPIs," said Daniele Chenal, Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at HandySoft Global. "Moreover, we will deliver a truly easy-to-use BAM product -- one which does not require coding or IT support. We are confident that our customers will see tremendous added value with this new capability and be able to quickly implement it, thus extending the benefits of their investment in BPM."

In its recent Forrester Wave(TM) entitled Human-Centric Business Process Management Suites: Q1 2006, Forrester Research Inc., February 24, 2006, HandySoft Global was cited as a Strong Performer. Connie Moore, Vice President and Research Director of Forrester, writes: "HandySoft Global provides easy-to-use human centric BPM with integration highlights." The report further observes, "BizFlow's Eclipse-based modeling tools are definitely in the top half of those we evaluated, and organizations will find its work portal extremely easy to use -- highly customizable by administrators and users alike. HandySoft Global also provides impressive system-to-system integration capabilities alongside an excellent J2EE-based process engine targeted at human-centric processes."

With the release of BizFlow Version 10 in July 2005, HandySoft Global unveiled a matured BPM platform delivering best-in-class process modeling, process analysis, human-to-human process automation, system-to-system and Web services orchestration, and real-time monitoring. Additionally, BizFlow 10 provides the administration and change management tools needed for IT and business divisions to collaborate in order to automate today's complex business processes. BizFlow 10 delivers all these components under a single, enterprise-wide platform with the capabilities that large scale deployments require:
o Support for multiple LDAP directories to accommodate large organizations and companies experiencing acquisitions.
o Support for a global workforce with multiple calendars, languages and time zones.
o Support for rejecting and recalling human activities to deal with real-world mistakes.
o Dozens of other features to promote ease of use, rapid collaborative design, and rapid implementation.

"Most BPM vendors focus on the hype, the sizzle, and the eye candy," said Ms. Chenal. "However, with more than a decade of BPM experience, we know what our customers need and we have focused on offering the critical tools needed for ongoing success -- capabilities that may seem less 'sexy' until several months into an implementation."

Future versions of BizFlow will continue to expand upon:
o Utility tools for back-up and archive restoration -- To meet today's compliance demands, BizFlow's utility tools enable customers to have the confidence that they can off-load process information and restore it five years down the road should they need to.
o One-step upgrades -- Simplifies the upgrade process for those customers needing to "jump" releases.
o Best Practices and Artifact Knowledge Base
-- Since launching its knowledge base in mid-2005, customers have downloaded over 600 best practice documents from HandySoft Global's knowledge portal.
-- In 2006, the Knowledge Base will be expanded to include more best-practice documents on subjects ranging from when to integrate an external rules engine to optimizing clustered environments.
-- This knowledge portal will also include process and form examples and other artifacts that customers can access to continue to extend the value of their investment in BizFlow.
