W.A. Schmidt Introduces Barrier Rail(TM) with New Lift-Out Rail Feature

SOUDERTON, PA -- W.A. Schmidt Inc. has recently introduced a lift-out rail feature on its line of Barrier Rail(TM) guard rails. This new feature permits easy access to machiniery or facility areas which need protection from traffic hazards or for personnel
safety.

Installed along aisleways, around in-plant offices and within storage areas, Barrier Rail provides an affordable, flexible choice for safe passage by employees, equipment and vehicles. The new lift-out feature adds even more flexibility by providing access to areas which are normally off limits.

W.A. Schmidt's Barrier Rail(TM) system is available in heavy- and standard-duty models in single, double or triple rail configurations. Posts are fabricated from 6" x 6" ASTM A-36
structural steel tube with ½" thick welded baseplates. Standard-duty models are constructed using hot rolled steel rails. Heavy-duty models use all-structural steel components. Standardized components allow for simple assembly and future expandability. Rails lengths are available in standard two-foot increments from four to 10 feet, as well as custom lengths.

Barrier Rail can be ordered from W.A. Schmidt Inc., through any of the company's authorized distributors, or directly from its dedicated web site, www.barrierrail.com.
