Mitee-Bite introduces gripping rails, with the Pitbull clamps, for grinding and milling non-ferrous materials on magnetic chucks. These low profile rails are excellent for grinding stainless steel, brass, aluminum and plastics. Incredible parallelism can be achieved because of the down force generated by the Pitbull clamps.
Mitee-Bite's Gripping Rails can also be used to improve the holding force on ferrous material for more aggressive stock removal. Longer parts can be held by using multiple rails. Parts can be pushed against the solid rail with on or more of the gripping rails. The clamps can be moved along the length of the rail, into the additional holes provided, for different size work pieces.
