Tiger Discs for Stainless Steel Grinding are made with a specially formulated, fast-cutting abrasive cloth that is designed for cool-cutting on stainless steel applications. These discs prevent dulling and glazing of abrasive grains, resulting in consistently high cut rates. Other features include a high density flat configuration that adds flexibility to promote smoother grinding action, reducing the possibility of damage to high-value stainless parts; also, 50-65% more abrasive cloth per disc than conventional flap discs extends disc life, resulting in the lowest cost-per-piece finished. The Tiger Disc for Stainless Steel Grinding is designed to work under lighter pressures, minimizing gouging, undercutting, heat discoloration and thermal distortion of costly stainless parts - as well as reducing operator fatigue.
