Greenfield Savings Bank Extends Contract Citing Fiserv VISION's Ability to Deliver Strategic Value

Fiserv 2.0 a factor in early renewal

Brookfield, Wis., December 11, 2007 - Fiserv VISION, a business unit of Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV), a leading provider of information management systems and services, announced that Greenfield Savings Bank of Greenfield, Mass. has renewed its
contract for core processing services. This new agreement adds seven more years to the bank's existing contract and validates that Fiserv VISION's superior service and innovation will help the bank meet its strategic objectives.

For Denise Coyne, executive vice president of Operations for the Greenfield Savings Bank, the initiatives of Fiserv 2.0, which emphasize integration and cooperation among the Fiserv solutions, was one of the main reasons the bank wanted to remain
with Fiserv VISION.

"We went with Fiserv VISION initially for the integration of its services and products." said Coyne. "We are so pleased with the direction Fiserv VISION is headed. Their vision and goals match ours and the ongoing commitment to integration across
product lines is the reason we remain committed to them as our technology partner."
Among the integrated Fiserv solutions that Greenfield Savings Bank has in place are retail and business Internet banking, item processing, document management, business intelligence, loan origination, fraud management, EFT services, remote deposit
and online bill payment. Through Fiserv VISION's Cleartouch solution, Greenfield Savings Bank has unprecedented access to all of those solutions through a single point, enabling them to better serve their customers. The bank plans to offer online
account opening, also integrated with Fiserv VISION's Cleartouch solution in the near future.

"Cleartouch streamlines our operations and enables us to be more efficient. It makes our lives easier and our bank more profitable," said Coyne. "Customers are the ultimate beneficiaries because we're able to spend more time with them, quickly
identify their needs and provide them with customized solutions. That type of evolution goes a long way to achieving our strategic goals."

Fiserv 2.0, a strategic initiative announced last year to help Fiserv clients achieve best-in-breed status, was a big reason Greenfield Savings is on board for seven more years. Greenfield Savings executives said they appreciated the cooperation
and coordination between the Fiserv solution teams and the role their Fiserv VISION Account Executive played in that coordination. "Our Account Executive brought all of the different companies together for us. It really helped to have one person
at Fiserv who could pull everyone together," said Coyne.

For Mike Rigney, President of Fiserv VISION, the renewal is validation that his clients know Fiserv and Fiserv VISION are headed in the right direction.
"Greenfield Savings Bank is a very influential client in the Northeast. They are an important advocate for us and understand what we're trying to accomplish. Their success helps us to communicate those objectives to their fellow clients and to the
market in general. We strongly value the contributions of the bank's president, Rebecca Caplice, who is chairperson of Fiserv VISION's Strategic Planning Council, our senior client advisory panel," said Rigney.

As a member of the Strategic Planning Council, Rebecca Caplice has provided input on Fiserv VISION's future plans. "The bank selected Fiserv as its service provider because the company's strategic initiatives and the bank's are so closely
aligned," said Caplice. "We are confident that our partnership with Fiserv VISION will allow us to deliver superior financial products and services to our customers."
