Alemite's New Automated Grease System Offers a Convenient Solution to Lubricate Industrial Machinery and Mobile Equipment
CHARLOTTE, NC -- Alemite Corporation is now offering an "out of the box" solution that ends time-consuming manual lubrication.
The company's new Automated Grease System (AGS) is a compact package that controls lubricant delivery to multiple bearing points on machinery and mobile equipment. The AGS is simple to install and easy to operate.
The heart of the new system is an integrated metering valve that houses a series of pistons. These pistons precisely dispense lubricant to 6, 12, or 18 outlets. This unique block can be configured to meet the lubrication requirements of a variety of bearings. To expand the system's capabilities, users simply link additional blocks together.
Three components are contained in a single engineered unit. The AGS is Pre-assembled into one package-pump, controller, and metering valve. The system also comes with all the fittings and tubing needed to complete the installation.
Alemite also offers manual configuration of this centralized grease system. Thus providing the benefits of progressive divider valve while the lubricant is delivered to multiple points using a conventional Alemite grease gun.
The AGS is designed for those who thought the benefits of automatic lubrication were out of reach and those waiting for a cost-effective solution for the smaller machinery.
Alemite manufactures and markets fixed and mobile lubrication systems for automotive, fleet, heavy-equipment and industrial MRO applications on five continents through more than 400 service centers. For more information, contact Alemite at 800-822-4579; Fax: 704-542-4650; on-line at www.alemite.com
