WILMINGTON, N.C. (November 29, 2001) - Providing a powerful, safe and efficient alternative to conventional conveyor rollers, Interroll Corporation has developed the patented RollerDrive GL Series of gearless motorized conveyor rollers. Using a standard 24VDC power supply, the rollers do not require gears or motor brushes, resulting in a quiet, yet powerful conveyor system. The gearless RollerDrives are able to move a wide variety of payload weights, sizes and types at a constant speed, making them an excellent choice for thousands of applications. RollerDrives are able to transport loads up to 150lbs. at speeds of 300 feet per minute.

A spring-loaded hexagonal threaded shaft provides a universal fit that is ideal for retrofits and new operations in thousands of applications. RollerDrive GL's are available in plain tube style, poly-vee hubs or 0-ring grooved for lower speed, lower torque applications. Rollers are available in 1.90" diameter from 9" to 45". The RollerDrive GL Series is ideal for warehousing, distribution centers, mail handling/sortation and food processing.
