ITT Industries, Engineered Process Solutions' Introduces A New Skotch® Product

Lancaster, PA: September, 2003 -- ITT Industries, Engineered Process Solutions Group has announced the release of the new 1.5" and 2" Skotch® gas valves, used in applications where
double block and vent is required.

The new 1.5" and 2" valve sizes are similar to the current 1" gas valve, which has been the preferred solution for this application characteristic for over 10 years. The valve combines the function of two independent block valves with a normally open vent valve in a single unit making it ideal for boilers, furnaces and process heating equipment.

"As is the case with all Skotch Trifecta(TM) products, the benefits of this new product continue to be the Factory Mutual (FM) - approved status, compact and durable design, and no out-of
sequence operation" states Mark Young, Product Manager for the product line in Lancaster, PA, "and the new sizes will meet the power industry's trend of supplying larger gas igniters for more
reliable operation."

The 1.5" and 2" Skotch Trifecta gas valves are currently featured at www.engvalves.com where you can find more information about these valves and the entire Skotch Trifecta product line.
