IDT’s ZMOD4410 Metal Oxide Gas Sensors come with integrated ASIC and a MEMS sensing element that consists of controlled heater and MOx material. The units are offered in 3.0 x 3.0 x 0.7 mm 12-pin LGA assembly and are used in monitoring home, office and personal environments. They allow user to read the measured results via I2C interface with the user’s microprocessor. The sensors can be operated in −40°C to +65°C temperature range with a supply voltage ranging from 1.7 to 3.6 V.
