The Upchurch Scientific Division of Scivex now offers 1/32" and 1/16" OD PEEKsil tubing from SGE International Pty, Ltd. This fused silica tubing sheathed in PEEK(TM) polymer offers the chemical compatibility and low absorption characteristics of fused silica plus the mechanical strength and excellent sealing properties of PEEK. This combination yields pressure ratings up to 15,000 psi (1,034 bar), making PEEKsil an excellent alternative to stainless steel or PEEK tubing in many analytical systems.
