Furon® High-Temp UPRP ¼" Precision Regulator

Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics is pleased to announce its new line of High-Temperature UPRP ¼" Precision Regulators. Designed for precise fluid pressure
control in delivery of aggressive, pure chemicals and DI water, the HT UPRP features a
dome loaded actuator that pneumatically maintains downstream pressure to a set level.

Regulators feature a virgin PTFE/FluoroloyT® and PFA wetted flow path and non-metallic external surfaces. A secondary air diaphragm protects the air system, while a
secondary isolation bellows provides additional level of containment between the shutoff
spring and the wetted fluid path. High-temperature versions have a maximum operating
temperature of 150 °C (302 °F) and a pressure regulation range of 5-40 psig.

Standard versions include ¼" orifice sizes and various end connections including ¼"
Flare Grip II,, Nippon Pillar S300, and fine-thread flare. For more information visit our web site at www.microelectronics.saint-gobain.com
