New Adjustable "Quick-Frame" From JNJ Industries Holds PCBs, Frameless Stencil Foils for Simple, Complete Cleaning

Franklin, Massachusetts, USA - JNJ Industries' Quick-Frame is a universal and instantly adjustable frame/rack assembly that holds PCBs or frameless stencil foils for quick, complete cleaning in batch cleaning systems. Quick-Frame can accommodate printed circuit boards of various sizes and shapes, and is designed to fit into any basket or machine that normally holds a 29" X 29" stencil. Initially developed for use in JNJ's line of AquaSonic(TM) ultrasonic stencil and pallet cleaners, Quick-Frame can be used to hold multiple boards of equal or different sizes all at one time, and can be used in a variety of cleaning machines or material handling systems. Fabricated from rugged aluminum extrusions for light weight, rigidity and stability, Quick-Frame's 29" x 29" OD framework features slide blocks located inside the tubular extrusions that easily slide into any position along the frame. These allow for positioning the cross pieces that are used to secure the PCB or stencil foil to Quick-Frame. The cross bars are then locked into place with easy turn stainless steel lock knobs. Quick-Frame's unique design will accommodate any stencil foil up to 25" x 25", regardless of the hole diameter along the perimeter of the foil with the optional foil holding slide bars.

Quick-Frame's can be either nickel plated or black anodized to enhance durability and chemical resistance; Quick-Frame includes three sliding adjustable cross bars to accommodate various board widths. Each cross bar is equipped with several spring-loaded clips that firmly clamp the PCB in place. Optionally, more bars can be added to create multiple rows of board holding capability, especially useful when processing smaller PCB's. Quick-Frame's cross bars operate completely independently of one other, so that boards of different sizes or shapes can be held on the assembly at the same time. The Quick-Frame can be configured to hold either PCB's, frameless stencil foils, or both, depending on which bars are ordered.
