GS 754 Fork Sensor For Edge Control, Position and Diameter Detection

Leuze-Lumiflex utilizes its new high tech 25cm CCD line reception element on the GS 754 which allows up to six pieces of edge information to be processed simultaneously. The CCD line operates with the remarkable resolution of 14 micrometers. Such accuracy not only guarantees precise edge control, but also diameter detection or even a detailed position determination. The GS 754 can output its measured values via analogue, digital or serial outputs. A variety of mouth widths between 29 and 100 mm's are available and software parameterisation allows accurate adjustments to match most applications. The GS 754 has a solid metal housing with a protection rating of IP 67 making it ideal
for use in hostile environments.
