CUPERTINO, Calif., Oct. 9 - ForeScout Technologies, a leading provider of clientless network access control (NAC) for Fortune 500 enterprises and government organizations, today announced the introduction of its newest CounterACT NAC appliance, the CT-4000. The CounterACT CT-4000, an out-of-band appliance that spans from a managed switch, enforces NAC policies on up to 4,000 concurrent connections, supports up to 4Gbps sustained throughput, and supports unlimited VLAN connections.

The CT-4000 expands the options available to global enterprises that need to create a NAC solution with appliances that are appropriately designed and priced for each type of location.
