New Flow Cell with Tilted Pick Shelf Makes Each Pick Easier to See & Reach
UNEX Manufacturing is proud to announce the newest model to the Flow Cell product group. Flow Cell with Tilted Pick Shelf. This new flow cell is a complete, modular unit including posts, beams and 'drop in' tilted shelf. Ideal for line side storage & parts picking, the shelf is angled at 22 degrees to maximize view and access of picks. The new Flow Cell combines lean lines and rugged construction to create an ergonomic workstation with a per shelf capacity of 1,000 lbs. and a total cell capacity of 3,000 lbs. Pre-punched posts and bolt-on beams create the flow cell structure and the drop-in shelf displays the items to be picked. Just one worker with one tool is needed to complete assembly.
The vertical posts are 1-3/4" square tube and are available in 3 ft. to 7 ft. lengths in 6" increments. There are four posts per cell and come pre-punched 1" o.c. The Horizontal beams
are 1-3/4" square tube, available in 1 ft. to 6 ft. lengths in 6" increments and are interchangeable (front/ back & left/ right). The tilted pick shelf is 18" or 24" deep and in widths from 1 ft. to 6 ft. in 6" increments. Shelf drops in- no tools required. Optional accessories include: label holders,
casters and workbench. The full width label holder adheres to front of shelf and includes labels. Casters are 4" diameter x 2" wide, swivel or rigid with brakes, which mounts to foot plate. The workbench is available 12" or 18" deep, 12 gauge galvanized steel, with left and right brackets included. As with all UNEX manufactured products, the Flow Cell with Tilted Pick Shelf is backed by the UNEX seven year "Platinum" warranty.
