Menomonee Falls, WI...Euro-Tech Corporation announces the introduction of new Pinhead Flexible Fixturing. Designed to quickly and precisely fix parts on coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), the system eliminates expensive special constructions to fix complex workpieces. This innovation will be showcased at IMTS - The International Manufacturing Technology Show 2010 being held at Chicago's McCormick Place September 13-18. Euro-Tech Corporation is in Booth #W-2453 which is located in the Tooling & Workholding Systems Pavilion in the West Building
Pinhead Flexible Fixturing is ideal for staging parts on CMM's or vision inspection systems and will lower inspection costs and reduce inspection time.

Options include a Pinhead kit that includes four base units, four 1" risers, four 1.5" risers, four 2" risers, four swivel mounting arms with standard 10mm thread size. The cost for the kit is $3495. Other modular pieces can be purchased separately: risers ($64/ea) swivel mounting arms ($88/each), magnetic base ($158), spring-loaded swivel clamp ($116), and pinhead swivel clamps ($68 - $78).
