SECS, Inc. Introduces New Flexible Couplings
SECS, Inc., a leading manufacturer of Precision Gears and Components since 1963, has introduced a new line of Flexible Couplings, Reli-a-Flex®. The Reli-a-Flex® range of one piece couplings has been specifically designed to provide extremely accurate transfer of motion between two rotating shafts while, at the same time, catering for parallel, angular and axial misalignments.
This accurate transfer of motion is accomplished by using a unique patented double slit pattern that gives very high torsional stiffness and excellent reliability. In addition, the Reli-a-Flex® coupling introduces negligible radial and axial bearing loads unlike many spiral beam couplings. The Reli-a-Flex® couplings are an excellent choice for both accurate measuring and responsive precise motion control applications.
