Tech Packaging Group, LLC, announces the Series 154 Bag Flattener/Conditioning Conveyor. The Series 154 is a simple, reliable bag flattener/conditioner designed to level and flatten product in paper or plastic bags prior to palletizing or stacking. The bags are conditioned between two opposing belt conveyors with adjustable compression to allow for different bags and/or products. The opposing belt design also allows bags to be elevated at very aggressive angles. The Series 154 features integrated power roller drives which eliminate the obstructions and maintenance associated with conventional gear reduction drives. It is manufactured in carbon or stainless steel and comes in a wide range of widths and lengths to suit the application. Unit can also be used with Tech Packaging's Series 158 metal detector/checkweigh conveyor.
