Overview
The latest additions to the SurePoint(TM) Solution Flat Panel
Touch Display family of full-color POS displays feature high
performance dual bulb display technology in a 12.1-inch screen size, providing increased brightness, contrast, and viewing angle, along with innovative infrared (IR) touch technology for rapid, more accurate transactions.

In addition, there are several new SurePoint features, including a new amplified speaker/microphone kit, new cables that eliminate the need for an external power brick for most RS-232 configurations, an Iron Gray keypad/MSR combination, as well as
a mount for integrating the 15-inch SurePoint models on SurePOS(TM) 700 system units.

Both new SurePoint models (2WB and 2GB) include flat panel dual bulb liquid crystal display (LCD) technology, which can be used for effective multi-operator training, full-motion video advertising, and interactive customer displays. In addition, each can be smoothly integrated with existing POS systems, consuming less counter space, so cashiers can establish
more eye contact with customers during transactions, helping to
improve service and satisfaction.

For excellent investment protection, these new models feature open, industry-standard connectivity that is compatible with virtually any IBM POS or standard PC platform. Available interface choices include Powered USB, standard USB, or RS-232. Powered USB eliminates the need for separate power bricks and improves cable management.

In addition, these models are available in either a base Value
version at an entry price point or a Performance version with enhanced I/O device support.

Available in a choice of colors, these models are color-matched with any IBM POS equipment.
