Weiler Corporation's flap wheel offering provides two levels of value to users. Weiler's premium line of Tiger® flap wheels is designed for superior performance, and is ideal for medium and high production environments. Made of Egyptian cotton and premium aluminum oxide grain, the Tiger flap wheels provide a high cut rate and long life. Weiler's Vortec(TM) line is aggressively priced and ideal for low to medium production environments. These flap wheels have a cotton backing and standard aluminum oxide grain designed for fast cutting action.
All of Weiler's flap wheels are designed with a solid hub construction, which enables the flap wheels to be rated at higher RPMs, providing more aggressive cutting action and increased productivity. The solid hub construction also provides perfect balance leading to smooth, chatter-free finishing.
