The CYCLOSPRAY® Filter is a unique filtration device that never needs to go off-line for backwashing. This design features an internal cleaning shower that continuously removes the captured particulate matter from the filter media. Continuous cleaning allows the CYCLOSPRAY® to handle very high feed solids, up to 5000 ppm. At larger mesh sizes, the CYCLOSPRAY® can handle flow rates of up to 300 gpm. The CYCLOSPRAY® is a positive filtration device providing an absolute barrier against suspended solids. A wide variety of media materials and sizes are available, including mesh sizes as small as 1 micron.
