New Disposable Tip Fiber Optic Probe
Versaprobe is a new patent pending fiber optic probe from C Technologies, Inc. that has the precision of a cuvette, is useable in virtually any solution, and eliminates carryover between measurements. Versaprobe uses a disposable quartz sleeve, eliminating the need for cleaning, while permitting measurements down to the UV range. This new probe finally enables the use of fiber optics with corrosive or difficult to clean samples encountered in biotech applications like cell culturing, or other petrochemical and lab applications. The low cost disposable tips also makes this probe suitable for medical diagnostic applications.
