Hygiene-grade FIBCs from Packaging Concepts are manufactured from 100 percent food-approved polypropylene and other materials. Their LDPE and LLDPE inner liners comply with hygiene standards established by the food and pharmaceutical industries.
The extra-clean packaging is produced in a contamination-free facility by a specially trained and outfitted clean team. Among the most sanitized in the industry, the clean room includes ionized air wash units, ultrasonic cutting equipment to prevent the spread of loose threads, heat-sealing sewing machines and metal detection equipment. Clean room staff receives regular training on personal hygiene, company hygiene procedures and safety regulations.
