FEP Heat Shrink for Instruments


A full line of Texflour(TM) FEP Heat Shrinkable Tubing is offered in a variety of expansion ratio's from Parker-TexLoc of Ft. Worth, Texas. TEXfluor® FEP heat shrinks operate in temperatures as high as 400°F (204°C) and is ideal for covering medical instruments, thermometers, lighting fixtures and other instruments where protection is needed. Most standard products are supplied with a thin wall, promoting quick installations. The thin wall also keeps the tubing flexible when flexibility is an issue.

Texflour(TM) FEP Heat Shrinkable Tubing is supplied in an expanded state, allowing easy slippage over instruments, fittings and other protrusions. When heated, the tubing conforms to the size and shape of the original object, providing a protective covering. It may also be used to repair electrical wiring, fittings, cords and other objects that need to be protected from heat, water, dust or corrosion.

Texflour(TM) FEP Heat Shrink is available in sizes ranging as small as .010" expanded and is available in 4 foot lengths, coils or custom lengths.
