CHICAGO, April 4 - fastmobile, the leading mobile integrated communications company, today announced that it has partnered with Helio to jointly develop a best-in-class integrated messaging service for Helio's recently announced device, the Ocean(TM). Portions of Ocean's core functionality utilize fastmobile's innovative fmX platform, marking the first time that fastmobile has embedded its messaging and address book applications into a handset.
