New Generation of Ultra Fast Soft Recovery FREDs

Bend OR..... Advanced Power Technology (NASDAQ: APTI) is pleased to announce its next generation DQ Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diodes. The products available today are the 600V devices, other voltages will be added in the next few months. The total product line consists of 600V, 1000V and 1200V devices, ranging in current from 8 Amperes to 100 Amperes, as die or in packages from TO-220's up to SOT-227's.
