Exhibit Space Sales Open for 2011 CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE - Deadline is August 15, 2009 for Extra Savings, Priority Space Location

Exhibit space sales are now open for the 2011 edition of the CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE exhibitions. The triennial co-located shows will be held March 22-26, 2011 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, USA.

Companies applying for space by August 15, 2009 will receive priority status in the assignment of booth locations. After August 15, companies will be assigned space on a first come, first served basis, according to product category.

Members of the sponsoring associations applying by August 15, 2009 can also reserve space at the 2008 rates. Show management is holding the line on rates to help members cope with the global recession now going on.

Principal sponsoring associations are Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), National Fluid Power Association (NFPA), National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) and National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA).

"The shows are already very affordable and we work to provide participants with maximum return on their investment. But, these are extraordinary economic times and we are doing what we can to continue to provide a valuable event to connect buyers and sellers," stated Megan Tanel, AEM vice president of exhibitions.

Tanel noted that show space rates include, as they have in the past, a "package plan" of booth services that many other shows charge extra for. These include full drayage services (such as the unloading/loading of all crated materials and machinery, delivery to exhibit spaces from the marshalling yard and pick-up at show close), general stand cleaning, and pipe and drape for standard inline exhibit stands.

To help make the most of their show experience, exhibitors also receive complimentary access to online training sessions as well as a face-to-face exhibitor meeting with direct access to show vendors and hotels. A complimentary show marketing kit provides exhibitors with materials to help them promote their company presence at the shows.

CONEXPO-CON/AGG is the international gathering place every three years for the construction industries, showcasing the latest technologies, equipment, products and services. IFPE, the International Fluid Power Exposition, is the leading international exposition and technical conference dedicated to the integration of fluid power with other technologies for power transmission and motion control applications. Together the shows covered more than 2.4 million square feet of exhibits and attracted more than 140,000 attendees in 2008.
