Evident Software Announces ClearStone(TM) Product Suite and DataSynapse as Its First OEM Partner at SOA World and Virtualization Conference & Expo 2007

NEWARK, NJ (June 25, 2007) -- Evident Software (http://www.evidentsoftware.com), an innovator in performance monitoring and service level reporting for the virtualized IT environment, announced today the company's new Evident ClearStone(TM) software suite www.evidentsoftware.com/products/clearstone_flash.html , initially focusing on applications running on compute and data grids.
Evident also announced today its first OEM agreement for Evident ClearStone with DataSynapse. Evident ClearStone is for use by enterprise clients, and as an OEM solution for virtualization and data center automation ISVs.

To accelerate adoption of the Evident ClearStone suite, Evident has signed an OEM agreement with leading virtualization software provider DataSynapse. Under this agreement, DataSynapse will utilize Evident's technology to provide integrated reporting, performance monitoring and chargeback solutions for GridServer®, FabricServer(TM), and other
third-party components.
