BURLINGTON, Mass., Nov. 7 /-- AptSoft Corporation, a pioneer in a new technology capability known as complex event processing (CEP), today announced availability of AptSoft Director(TM) 3.2. The latest version of its ground-breaking CEP platform brings advanced new capabilities in event handling and orchestration as well as improved usability to help companies easily increase the operational efficiency of key business processes in support of business goals such as cross-selling, fraud reduction and ongoing compliance with internal process controls.

With AptSoft Director, Entelegen, a provider of outsourced services for sales effectiveness, was able to automate the orchestration of sales activity between Salesnet, a leading provider of on- demand CRM, and Vent-Axia's in-house ERP system. o Mapped Keys -- dramatically reduces the configuration necessary to fetch data from relational databases and eliminates the need to write any SQL in most cases.
